By accessing or using Pro Portfolio Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Important: No Financial Advice Disclaimer
Pro Portfolio Tracker and its operators:
- Do NOT hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL)
- Are NOT registered financial advisors, tax agents, or legal practitioners
- Are NOT authorised representatives of any AFSL holder
- Do NOT provide personal advice as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
This Platform is a software tool that aggregates and displays financial data. It does not provide financial services as defined under Australian law.
3. General Advice Warning
All information, data, projections, AI-generated insights, calculators, and tools provided by Pro Portfolio Tracker are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes:
- Personal financial advice
- Investment recommendations

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
- Live market data is sourced from third-party providers (including Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed by 15 minutes or more
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
- Calculator results are estimates only and should not be relied upon for actual financial decisions
- We accept no liability for trading losses, tax miscalculations, or decisions made based on Platform data
- Past performance is not indicative of future results
5. User Responsibilities
By using Pro Portfolio Tracker, you agree to:

6. Subscription & Billing
Pro Portfolio Tracker offers three subscription tiers: Free, Plus, and Pro. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at checkout
- Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Pro Portfolio Tracker, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of Pro Portfolio Tracker and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Portfolio Tracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Financial losses resulting from investment decisions
- Tax penalties or miscalculations
- Service interruptions or data errors
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pro Portfolio Tracker at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
